Social Media Coordinator:

Successful boutique PR and Communications company is searching for a dynamic individual that is looking to take on challenges, directly manage social media client accounts and chart their own course within our organization. We are looking for a vibrant, detailed individual that knows and understands social media. You should have 2 to 3 years of hands on experience, excellent writing skills and great interpersonal skills. 

The perfect candidate for Zenergy Communications Inc. will have experience writing content for Facebook, Blogs and Twitter for a variety of industries. They will have the skills and the know how to - drive traffic, build engagement and develop creative ideas for building the business.

You will have the opportunity to work with new clients, past clients and develop and foster new relationships. 

The ideal candidate will also have experience planning and executing both small and large-scale events.

Expected Responsibilities:

Community Monitoring:

• Monitoring of active online communities 
• Ensuring planned updates are approved and posted on time

Community Moderation:

• Responding to consumer posts and engaging with community members in an honest and authentic way
• Flagging responses requiring input to the appropriate internal and external team members

Content Creation:

• Creating content that is engaging, fresh and current
• Being able to adapt to and understand different brand styles
• Media-savvy and knowledgeable about latest social trends and news;
  Impeccable organizational, communication (including grammar and spelling) and interpersonal skills

Tracking and Reporting:

• Collecting community data, monitoring social tracking dashboards, and conducting regular social media searches
• Conducting online research using various free and enterprise level tools
• Providing the agency team with community-specific updates and insights

Strategy and Planning:

• Bringing new ideas and insights to the team
• Participating in, and supporting agency planning and ideation
• Researching and staying on top of new tools, trends, topics, and opportunities in Social Media

Events:

• Creating and ensuring commitment to the development and adherence of event critical paths and budgets.
• Working with the team to create and implement unique event websites and social media plans as they pertain to assigned events.
• Compiling post event reports and recommending directional changes to strategy and planning year over year with the goal of increasing awareness and donors.

PR/Media/Marketing Coordinator:

Successful boutique PR and Communications company is searching for a dynamic individual that is looking to take on challenges, directly manage client accounts and chart their own course within our organization. We are looking for a vibrant, detailed individual that knows and understands public relations and media. You should have 3 to 5 years of hands on experience, be bilingual (French/English with exceptional French writing, spelling, grammar) and great interpersonal skills.  Located in downtown Montreal we are looking for an individual that will step up, lead and will be defined by their actions and abilities.

Interns:

Zenergy Communications offers 2-month internships for people who are interested in the PR, communications and marketing industries. We are a fast-paced, boutique-sized agency looking for candidates with a desire for hands-on experience.
