Throughout his varied career, Scott has worked as a university professor, an investor relations specialist and corporate consultant. His writing has appeared in a number of print publications, and he has lectured extensively across the country. He has been engaged as a strategic advisor, an investor relations consultant, issues management consultant and communications advisor for public and private companies in the biotech, manufacturing, transportation, mining and financial services industries, He has also acted as the Senior Advisor for two major Canadian telecom companies.
Scott holds an M.A. from Concordia University in Montreal, and has served as a board member for various private organizations.
