Create a marketing and creative campaign for Atrium to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic by enticing passersby to “discover the unexpected inside.”

With the goal of building stronger relationships between Atrium and its customers, and increasing overall brand awareness, Zenergy developed and executed a holistic marketing campaign for 2019. This included the development of an annual outreach plan for the property, which included a new tagline and creative design for all signage requirements (indoor and outdoor), content development for online and offline promotions (social media, landing pages, signage, etc.), special event management, and contesting promotions.

To date, the new tagline and design has been applied to all marketing materials, monthly events and contesting have improved social engagement and client and tenant relations have increased.
