The Italian Trade Commission is the government organization which promotes the internationalization of Italian companies by providing information, support and advice.

Headquartered in Rome, Italy, the Italian Trade Commission operates worldwide from a large network of Trade Promotion Offices linked to Italian embassies and consulates, and works closely with local authorities and businesses.

Project.

A Tasting of Wines from Italy 2017.

Challenge.

Visually showcase and promote Italian wines across Canada. Maintain the high quality of the “Made in Italy” brand while creating a unique theme, including messaging and graphics, for wine tasting events throughout the year.

Results.

Zenergy produced all communication materials used to promote this event and showcased producers and distributors to key stakeholders including restaurateurs, media and wine aficionados. Zenergy was responsible for: overall event design, signage, posters, wine booklets, and advertising creative for the Canada-wide initiative. Working specifically with the Montreal office, Zenergy executed the event logistics and coordinated the media relations and social media campaigns. Additionally, Zenergy’s graphic design team set the theme and tone of the event and coined the tagline.

This year, attendance at A Tasting of Wines from Italy was at a record high, and the event took place in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, and Toronto.
